Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max Feature Review
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is a Xiaomi’s Redmi series smartphone. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is a mid-budget-friendly smartphone in the market. It feels a very premium look. This device provides a very good app and gaming performance. It has some premium feature in this price segment. Besides, It has a capable camera too. Overall, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is one of the best options to go for this price segment.
Display and Camera
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ punch hole (1080×2400 pixels) IPS display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also has the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The phone comes with the quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL GW1 primary sensor with a six-piece f/1.79 lens. And the phone has a 32-megapixel selfie camera at the front. And the other sensor is 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle 119-degree field-of-view (FoV) lens, 5-megapixel macro shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is also support for RAW photography.
Configuration and Battery
Xiaomi has done well look in terms of design, and the Redmi Note 9 Pro does feel fresh without actually changing too much for a phone in this segment. There’s also a P2i coating for splash-proof, though of course no proper waterproofing.
The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. And it packs a 5,020mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging (supported charger included in the box). It’s can easily deliver 2 days of battery life.
Storage and Connectivity
The Redmi Note 9 Pro, on the other hand, it has up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. And the Pro Max is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC, along with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. The Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has 64GB and 128GB of internal storage options with UFS 2.1. And that both are expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB) through a dedicated micro SD slot.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR), NavIC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. And the other highlights include NavIC support along with standard GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, and all the standard sensors are here in this segment.
