An In-Depth Review About Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro
Design and Build Quality
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is in terms of design, and for the ‘Pro’ model, it looks quite simple like many phones now. At least, I tested the onyx gray somehow. But you can find it in the more exciting Glacier Blue, Gradient Bronze Callaway.
It is a great big phone (weighs 193g) but not uncommon and is only 8.1mm thick, although I can’t imagine the camera module included. This should be the standout feature of the design here because it has two layers.
In the upper part, where you will find four cameras, there are flash and different sensors in the lower step. It’s not the module that looks so pretty around, but with the silver around the original module, I quite enjoy the styling of the old 35mm camera.
To see it look pretty on my desk, flip the Redmi Note 10 Pro and make it very difficult to use without picking up the camera module. The rock in the opposite corners is the worst in me.
Display
As I said before, this is a great phone. Most Pro devices come with a 6.67 in display and fit the Redmi Note 10 Pro bill. Like the Poco X3 NFC, the keyspace includes a 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD + resolution (1080 x 2400), and HDR10 support. However, it is AMOLED than LCD IPS, so you get better viewing angles, puncture color, and better contrast. It is very bright measuring 455 nits by a Spider X.
It’s a lovely display, and the punch-hole camera at the top is the smallest one I’ve seen, so most of the time, it’s practically hidden.
Note that the phone is not set to 120Hz by default, so it is best to turn it on in settings for a much smoother experience. You’ll find out later; even using this mode, I still got amazing battery life.
The bezels around the display aren’t the smallest, but it’s a medium-range device, so you can only expect so much.
Considering more expensive devices like the OnePlus Nord are limited to 90Hz and the Pixel 4A 5G is only regular 60Hz, the Redmi Note 10 Pro is very impressive for the asking price. This is one of the best phone screens you’ll find in the mid-range.
Specs and Performance
Despite the ‘Pro’ branding, it is not a competitor to the phone like the Oppo Find X3. Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G is another X3 device, in the case of Poco X3, which contains 732G.
It is one of Qualcomm’s most recent mid-range chips that delivers decent performance but does not include 5G to reduce costs. In addition to the 5G, the 765G is available on various phones, with 2.3GHz (six low power and two higher) and eight cores up to Adreno 418 GPU.
The model I tested came with 6GB of RAM, but you can also get an 8GB model if you want, which comes with 128GB of storage. Otherwise, you’ll get 64- or 128GB with low memory, so there’s plenty of choices, and there’s also a microSD card slot if you want to add more.
Camera
The Note 10 Pro has a floating 108 MP camera for its main sensor. It is backed up by an 8MP Ultra-Wide, 5MP Telemacro, and 2MP depth sensor. Considering the latter as a sensor, it is indeed a triple setup but still an impressive one.
The main sensor is huge, and the aperture is f / 1.9. Of course, you don’t often want to take pictures in full resolution, but you can if you want. In general, although the Note 10 Pro uses 9-in-1 pixel-binding technology, which Xiaomi says combines with dual native ISO technology and 2.1μm’ super pixels’, it results in stunning detail and a higher dynamic range.
Battery and Charging
Larger phones with mid-range components make the perfect combination for longer battery life, which the Redmi Note 10 Pro offers.
Its size means there’s a huge 5020 mAh inside here, and even with the 120Hz screen set, I found that the phone is just running. After 48 hours of use on the weekends, when I use my phone, the most and I had 45% juice left.
I’m a fairly light user overall, but even those who use the phone for gaming and media use a lot more than me will probably see it last two days. It lasted 10 hours and 53 minutes at Pismark for the Android battery test, a bit behind rivals but nothing to worry about.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro Price in Bangladesh
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is starting its price 26,999 for the best variant 6GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage. But, it is selling at 27,999 of the variant 6GB+128GB. The last variant of the Redmi Note 10 Pro is 8GB+128GB and the price is 21,999. However, it is really good at the price.
