POCO has launched the new F9 Series in global markets on 1 September 2026 and this time they have two phones in the lineup. The series includes the POCO F9 Pro and the POCO F9 Ultra. Both of them come with super bright AMOLED screens and massive batteries, so they are built for people who love gaming and do not want to worry about charging every few hours.
POCO has focused on raw performance and battery life this generation. Even the F9 Pro has a 6330mAh cell, while the Ultra goes up to 8050mAh. The phones also ship with HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, so the software is fresh and smooth. Below are the full specifications and official prices for the global variants.

Based on the global launch, the Xiaomi POCO F9 Pro has launched at the priced at $699 and is expected to cost around Tk 90,000 in Bangladesh for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. Another phone, the Xiaomi POCO F9 Ultra sells for $799 and is possible cost around Tk 1,10,000 in Bangladesh for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage configuration. These phones will be available soon in Bangladesh. The series comes with Black, Dark Cherry, Aurora Green and white colors.

According to the official sources, the POCO F9 Pro is the standard flagship in this lineup. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V Series chipset built on a 3nm process, and it runs Android 16 with HyperOS 3 that will give you smooth and better performance in gaming and daily tasks.
It features a 6.59-inch QHD+ Plastic OLED screen with a resolution of 2510 x 1156 pixels, a 185Hz maximum refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on top. The screen can hit 4500 nits peak brightness, so they’ve given a good feature here for using the phone outside in the sun. And it can boost up to 10,000 nits during heavy gaming and when watching high-quality videos. It also has 480Hz touch sampling and an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the display, which is fast and accurate.
For cameras, there is a 200MP main sensor on the back with an f/1.7 aperture and OIS. The phone also has a 50MP floating telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom and OIS, plus an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The front has a 32MP selfie camera. The rear camera can record 4K video at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps, while the front also supports 4K recording.

POCO F9 Ultra Specification
Based on the source, it’s the top-tier model and the POCO F9 Ultra brings the best of everything. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset is built on a 3nm process and features an octa-core CPU that reaches up to 4.6GHz. It has a dedicated VisionBoost D8 graphics chip for AI frame insertion and super-resolution in games. It comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
It is powered by a 6.9-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2608 x 1200, a refresh rate of 185Hz and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. Great for movie viewing and app scrolling and reaches 4500 nits peak brightness like the Pro version, with up to 10000 nits in HDR videos. The screen uses the new M11 panel which gives better brightness while using less power.
The camera setup includes a 200MP main rear camera with an f/1.68 aperture and OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom and OIS, plus a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The front gets a 32MP selfie camera. Both front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 30fps, and the rear can also do 8K at 30fps and 1080p at up to 1920fps slow motion. It features AI tools like AI Erase Pro and AI Image Expansion.
The battery here is a massive 8050mAh silicon-carbon cell with 100W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless HyperCharge. Xiaomi says this phone can easily last two days on one charge. It also supports 27W reverse wired charging and 22.5W reverse wireless charging. The phone has IP68 water and dust resistance, and it can survive drops better thanks to the tough build.
It also has a 2.1-channel audio system with dual stereo speakers and an independent 1620 subwoofer, all tuned by Bose. There is Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The phone runs HyperOS 3 on Android 16 and weighs 235g. It comes in Black and Dark Cherry colors.
