Vivo sub-brand iQOO debuted the iQOO 16 on 329 September 2026 in China with several upgrades to its flagship series for performance lovers. The iQOO 16 is one of the first smartphones to be equipped with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset, which is paired up with iQOO’s own Q4 chipset.
It also features a quicker display, a bigger battery and new software, but keeps the triple 50MP rear camera configuration. Below are the full specifications and iQOO 16 price in Bangladesh.

According to source, the iQOO 16 costs CNY 5,999 in China for the base model. The expected price in Bangladesh is approximately Tk. 120,000 with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
At the moment, iQOO has not announced it for other countries. So, there is no official price in Bangladesh at the moment. The phone may first reach the customers via unofficial retailers. Final price may vary according to the seller.

According to info, the iQOO 16 has a 6.85-inch AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution (1440 x 3168 pixels). The resolution is 508 pixels per inch and 19.8:9 aspect ratio. It can reach 165Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10+ and its peak brightness is 10,000 nits. It features a punch-hole camera cutout and Gorilla Glass. The front is covered by the screen with 90.5%.
It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor, which comes with a 2nm process. The octa-core CPU has two cores at 5.01GHz, three at 4.03GHz and three at 3.74GHz. The GPU is based on the Adreno 850. The phone has 12GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 Storage. It’s running on OriginOS 7 which is based on Android 17.
The rear camera has three 50MP sensors: a main camera (f/1.68), a periscope telephoto (f/2.65) and an ultra-wide (f/2.05). It has 100x digital zoom, LED flash and up to 32MP@60 fps OIS. The video recording is as high as 8K. The front camera has a resolution of 32MP (f/2.2) and shoots 4K videos.
It comes with an 8400mAh battery. It supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. It has a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 charging port.
