It runs with Android 10, upgradable to Android 11, One UI 3.0 operating system. The device sports a 6.9 inch Dynamic AMOLED display having a screen resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, and a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a density of 511 PPI. The phone comes with a 108 MP+48 MP+12 MP+0.3 MP Quad primary camera with an LED flash and a 40 MP Single selfie camera. You can record videos at 8K resolution and @60fps. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 16GB RAM and 512GB of inbuilt storage options.
The phone is powered by a 2×2.73 GHz Mongoose M5 Octa-core processor with Exynos 990 (7 nm+) chipset.
