দীর্ঘদিন ধরে এই মোবাইলটা ব্যবহার করছি, মাঝে মাঝে হ্যাং হয়ে যায়। এবং আমার কথা অন্যরা সাধারণত শুনে না। মাঝে মাঝে শোনে। মনে হচ্ছে, মাইক্রোফোনে সমস্যা।
আর, এরকম একটা মোবাইল নিয়ে কাস্টোমার সার্ভিসে গিয়ে রেখে এসে, আবার নির্ধারিত সময়ে গিয়ে নিয়ে আসা সম্ভব নয়। এতো সময় দিতে পারবো না।
কোম্পানীকে অনুরোধ করবো, আরও ভালো ফোন তৈরি করতে, বিশেষ করে বেসিক ফাংশনগুলোতো অবশ্যই ঠিক রাখবেন।
