An In-Depth Review on iQOO Neo 10R

Are you eyeing for a stylish phone that has a great boosting selfie camera? And for you, iQOO has presented the iQOO Neo 10R. Nevertheless, every phone has its pros and cons. Thus, the following aspects should be familiar to you before making a purchase of a phone. Here, you will know the iQOO Neo 10R price in Bangladesh and the advantages and disadvantages of the phone.

Design & Build Quality

To begin with, when I held the iQOO Neo 10R in my hand, I understood that the weight and grip is quite balanced even though the device has a 6.78-inch display and a 6,400mAh battery. The Raging Blue variant I have focuses on the racing car concept with dual color tone that gives it a youthful and lively look. Besides that, the MoonKnight Titanium model has a 3D moon texture which makes the device look more fashionable.

There is a plastic back that is designed to look like glass that makes the device to have a premium look. The camera module is similar to the iQOO 13 and is an island at the top left and is very beautiful and does not occupy a large area.

Durability is not left out; it has a rating of IP65; this means that it is protected from dust and water droplets. This is done by using Schott Xensation Up for the protection of the display since it has better scratch and low-impact strength. In general, the iQOO Neo 10R is a very well-thought and well-built smartphone that I enjoyed using day to day.

Display

The display of the iQOO Neo 10R is an attention-catching 6.78 inches AMOLED type that contributes to its first impression. The dimensions of the tablet are 1260 × 2800 pixels, which makes images and graphics to be displayed with a high resolution and vivid colors.

This is so because it has a 144Hz refresh rate that makes the scrolling to be very much smooth and the best when it comes to gaming. It is contrasted well, and the shades of black are as dark as they should be thanks to the AMOLED screen.

Therefore, one will be able to read the content displayed on the screen even if it is directly under the sun since it has a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Choosing HDR10+ is a joy since the content has a higher contrast and dynamic range for the picture to be brighter.

The latter concerns the interaction: with the 480Hz touch sampling rate, the taps and swipes made on the touch screen will be almost immediate. The screen of the Neo 10R is especially suitable for gaming, streaming, and browsing since it is one of the best screens in the market.

Camera

The iQOO Neo 10R features a dual-camera setup on the rear, a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. In the daytime, it is possible to get clear and realistic images using the main camera of the smartphone. There is Natural mode for getting more accurate shades of colors and increasing saturation slightly. It is good when used, but overdoing it will cause the shadows in a bright scene to be under exposed.

The front facing selfies are also shot pretty well in well lit conditions with the help of a 32MP sensor. However, skin tones are not very natural, especially in low light selfies and some noise can be seen.

Regarding videos, the main camera can record 4K @ 60fps with stabilization to make the output videos stable. The ultra-wide lens has the ability to record in up to 1080p resolution. The front cameras allow video recording at up to 4k at thirty frames per second. This is stable in good light but has a lot of jitter when in low light conditions.

Performance & Software

In my opinion using the iQOO Neo 10R has been a good experience. The Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is seamlessly integrated into the phone and can perform all regular single and multiple tasks without any hitch. The apps do not take time to start up and there is no time wasted when switching from one app to another. Another is gaming, and such games as Call of Duty Mobile can be played with little to no frame drops on high graphics.

However, there are pros and cons of the software experience as discussed below. Since this device is using FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15, the interface has been customizable and this I liked. However, preloaded applications and random pop-ups from the V-Appstore are inconsequential features that are not preferred. A few animations were choppy: it is clear that they can be refined to a greater extent.

AnTuTu Benchmark & GeekBench Score

From the testing done to the iQOO Neo 10R, a lot was learned as far as the performance was concerned. In AnTuTu, it scored 1,476,651 which indeed falls in the range of upper mid-range smartphones. For CPU it is 382,124, GPU 499,035, Memory 322,478 and UX 273,014.

Single core scoring was noted to be at 1,971 while in multi-core scoring it was 5,139 according to the geek bench. These figures suggest that one can easily multi-thread and handle such applications in a very smooth way.

Battery & Charger

The battery of the iQOO Neo 10R is 6400mAh which is quite adequate to provide battery back up time. The battery of the phone does not last for a single day even with moderate usage let alone gaming, streaming, and social media usage. It was only on lighter days that one could get close to charging the battery for not less than two days.

As for charging, it is quite efficient, and all this is possible with the help of the supplied 80W charger. In my tests I had the power bank charge the device from 20% to 100% which took about 42 minutes. This charging capability is ideal to charge the battery during the day time whenever there is a need to charge frequently. However, the utilization of the fast charging tends to make the phone a little warm but not hot in any way.

iQOO Neo 10R Price in Bangladesh

iQOO Neo 10R price in Bangladesh remains unclear because it has not been released so far and I found some info about it somehow. iQOO Neo 10R price in Bangladesh is BDT 43,500 (unofficially) with 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage allegedly. Pricing seems fairly reasonable overall so contacting local dealers directly will yield most current info.

Final Word

iQOO Neo 10R delivers solid performance courtesy its robust processor smooth display and remarkably fast charging capabilities overall. Battery performance really stands out it can last nearly all day with moderate usage somehow. Design falls short in terms of impressiveness but overall experience proves fairly good considering its budget-friendly price point.
